As specialists to Europe and Central-South America, we would like to give you a few ideas which will be useful for a great trip.

Destination vs. Time of Booking
If you are planning the trip in March, start to recruit your travelers 12 months before. If you book in September (vs. in March) of the previous year the airfare will be approx. $ 300 higher.

Destination vs. Time of the Year
If you are planning the trip in March try to avoid 'cold destinations': Scotland, Ireland, Scandinavia, Russia, Switzerland. Several days of most usual rain, low temperatures or snow could damage your trip.

Destination vs. Duration
If you have 9 or 10 days for the whole trip including the traveling time (10 days in Europe = 8 nights), choose 1 or 2 countries with 4 overnight cities total. Trying to cover 3-4 countries and 7-8 cities in 8 days will result in siting many hours on the bus.

Program vs. Size of the Group
If your group is less then 20 paid participants try to eliminate multi-bus use. Buses are very expensive in Europe. To cover bigger distances use Euro train.

Destination vs. Destination
Not all destinations will create the same amount of interest. Unless your group has a specific theme, it is better to choose places that are well known and safe.

Price vs. Program
Price is important but do not make it the most important issue. 'The lowest price' program is far from the the best program and you often have to sacrifice quality. Centrally located hotels, direct flights, knowledgeable guides and good food have value.
